Over 100,000 Ukrainians have updated their residence data via Diia
More than 100,000 Ukrainians have used the fast data actualisation service in the Territorial Community Register through Diia.
This database stores information about a person’s registered place of residence. When the register data is up to date, you can easily access public services and obtain a residence extract directly in Diia — without visiting any institutions or dealing with unnecessary paperwork.
How to actualise data in the Territorial Community Register?
- Open the Diia app → Services → Place of Residence → Actualisation of Residence Data → you will be automatically redirected to the Diia portal.
- Click ‘Submit Application’.
- Choose whose data you are updating — your own or a child’s. Important: A separate application must be submitted for each person.
- Verify the details and sign the document with an electronic signature.
- Wait for the notification of the result in the Diia app.
Currently, the service is not available for territories temporarily occupied since 2014: the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and certain districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
The project was developed with the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP Program, implemented by East Europe Foundation, in collaboration between the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Migration Service of Ukraine, and the State Enterprise ‘Document’.
