Electronic court enforcement document now available in Diia

From now on, an electronic court enforcement document can be received in the Diia app and immediately submitted for execution to a state or private enforcement officer. An enforcement document is the official basis for the compulsory execution of a court decision.

Under it, you can:

  • recover funds;
  • recover property;
  • oblige the debtor to perform other actions specified by the court.

How to use the service?

When the electronic enforcement document arrives from the court, the user will receive a push notification in the Diia app. The writ of execution will automatically be pulled into the app. Diia will suggest an enforcement officer — you only need to choose a state or private officer and specify your account number.

After submitting the application, the user will receive notifications in Diia regarding its processing status.

To use the service, you need to:

  • be a citizen of Ukraine;
  • have a tax ID;
  • have a court decision that has entered into legal force and requires compulsory execution;
  • have Diia.Signature.

The service is implemented with the participation of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, State-owned Enterprise 'National Information Systems', State-owned Enterprise 'Information Judicial Systems', and the State Judicial Administration, with support from Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP Program, implemented by East Europe Foundation.
