Credit history can now be obtained via Diia.AI
Diia users can obtain their credit history from the Ukrainian Bureau of Credit Histories (UBCH) via Diia.AI. To do this, it is sufficient to ask the AI assistant to provide a credit report.
The system will automatically pull in the verified tax ID and submit the request to UBCH. Entering data manually or uploading scanned documents is not required.
How to get a credit report:
- Open the Diia app
- Tap the Diia.AI icon in the middle of the bottom panel
- Type, for example: 'Get my credit history' or 'I need a credit report'
- Download the ready PDF file.
A credit report enables users to verify information on loans and financial obligations. In particular, this helps spot in a timely manner a loan that a person did not apply for, or an error in their credit history.
A credit report can be obtained free of charge once a year. If a user has already used this opportunity, Diia.AI will notify them of the date for the next free request. A year later, the app will also remind them that their credit history can be checked again.
Important: users' personal data is not transferred to the Diia.AI language model. Chat history with the assistant can be deleted at any moment.
