The EGAP Programme helps to develop online resources of government agencies on a regular basis. The principal activities included Decentralisation in Ukraine and the Design System for Government Websites in Ukraine.

By the end of 2017, the EGAP Programme and the State Agency for E-Governance (now the Ministry of Digital Information of Ukraine) had launched an updated Government Portal, transforming it into a convenient and accessible source of current news about the Government’s activities.

The updated portal boasts a modern design, a technological platform, and has been built to meet the needs of users. Resolutions, news or schedules of meetings can be found in a few clicks, using a tag system for the news or government acts, or by resorting to advanced search features.

An adapted version for tablet and mobile phone users was also developed, along with a dedicated portal version for the visually impaired.

Support has been provided for setting up and content filling of a new section on the portal of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dedicated to the coordination of international technical assistance.
