AI Repository

null

For whom?

For local self-government bodies, digital leaders of communities, and municipal employees who strive to increase the efficiency of their work through artificial intelligence. The project will also be useful for communication teams, analysts, and public service specialists who want to optimize routine processes, create quality content, and make data-driven decisions.

Goal

The goal of the project is to make artificial intelligence a real assistant in communities. The repository helps municipalities use AI to prepare documents, work with data, communicate with citizens, and develop strategic solutions. It’s a step toward bringing local governance to a new level — faster, more transparent, and more technologically advanced.

Details

The AI Repository is an online platform that contains more than 50 ready-made prompts (text-based queries) developed specifically for the needs of communities.

  • preparing grant applications and presentations;
  • processing citizen requests and internal documents;
  • analysing various types of inquiries;
  • creating visual and text content.

The repository also includes:

  • an AI Assistant that helps formulate effective prompts and select suitable tools;
  • a catalog of verified AI services for local government work;
  • guides, manuals, and case studies on using neural networks;
  • a ChatGPT 5 Guide — step-by-step instructions, usage examples, and a video overview of new capabilities.

Our contribution

The AI Repository was created by EGAP Program, implemented by East Europe Foundation with the support of Switzerland 🇨🇭, in collaboration with the Web3 University Learn to Earn Global team. The EGAP team not only developed the tools but also conducted online and offline training for pilot communities so participants could confidently use AI in their daily work.
