The SVOI Platform is both a website builder and a chatbot for citizens to interact with local authorities.

Both Platform and Chatbot are user friendly so that even elderly people can easily navigate through them. The only requirement is to know how to use a smartphone. Currently, the Chatbot is available in two messengers.
