Assure interaction of citizens and businesses with the state as convenient, transparent and humane. It is not enough to digitize services. It is also necessary to update legislation, streamline state registers and ensure data protection.

The project includes a mobile application and the public services portal, Diia. The Diia application includes primary documents: Passport, driver’s license, birth certificate and COVID-19 certificates. The portal is an access point to public services described in simple language and implemented by taking into account the UX/UI design.
