Debts can now be paid and account arrests removed via Diia

From now on, in the Diia app, users can check open enforcement proceedings and pay off debts. After payment, the system automatically launches the process of removing the arrest from bank accounts. This enables faster restoration of access to one's own funds without additional appeals to a state enforcement officer.

How does it work?

If the debt amount does not exceed 10 minimum wages — 86,470 hryvnias in 2026 — the arrest from accounts can be removed automatically after the debt is settled.

Debts can be paid in Diia or via a bank. After payment, the system automatically removes the debtor from the Unified Register and sends an electronic notification to the bank regarding the removal of the arrest. The bank receives the notification on the same day and unblocks the account no later than the following day.

How to check enforcement proceedings in Diia?

Open the Diia app ➔ Go to the 'Services' section ➔ Select 'Enforcement proceedings'.

The service is implemented with the participation of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, State Enterprise 'National Information Systems', with support from Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP Program, implemented by East Europe Foundation.
