Over one million Ukrainians now use Mriia

Back in 2024, Mriia was piloted in 40 schools, whereas today over 1 million Ukrainians use it. The ecosystem has become part of daily learning in 4,700 educational institutions across the country, bringing together pupils, teachers, and parents.

Mriia helps organise the learning process: viewing timetables and grades, working with homework assignments, and keeping track of children's studies. Since the start of the new school year, teachers can assign tasks and receive completed work for checking directly in the system, while parents can submit electronic notices of a child's absence.

This autumn, a gamification system pilot also launched in Mriia. Pupils will be able to earn in-app currency — 'mriiky' — for educational efforts, accumulate them, and exchange them for rewards from socially responsible Ukrainian businesses.

To connect a school to Mriia, the administration needs to submit an application on the website mriia.gov.ua/app.

Mriia is an initiative of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine jointly with EGAP Program, implemented by East Europe Foundation with support from Switzerland.
