16 new communities join EGAP Program in target regions

EGAP Program is expanding its list of pilot hromadas by 16 new participants. Together with the new partners, the team will work on the digitalisation of services and the implementation of ready-made solutions, ensuring high-quality services are accessible to every resident.

New participating communities

• Vinnytsia oblast: Ahronomichne, Zhmerynka
• Volyn oblast: Berestechko, Ratne, Horokhiv
• Dnipropetrovsk oblast: Kamianske, Piatykhatky, Sofiivka
• Odesa oblast: Okny, Fontanka, Rozdilna
• Sumy oblast: Duboviazivka, Nedryhailiv
• Khmelnytskyi oblast: Dunaivtsi, Netishyn, Teofipol

What we will do together

• define digital priorities for community development;
• support the implementation of the e-DEM and SVOI platforms;
• launch practical solutions (mobile suitcase, smart IVR call-centre, etc.);
• provide expert support for Administrative Service Centres (ASCs).

These are specific steps that will help communities work more efficiently, save time and resources, and improve the quality of services.

In total, EGAP Program includes 87 pilot hromadas in 9 target regions: Vinnytsia, Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Luhansk, Odesa, Sumy, Kherson, Khmelnytskyi, and Chernihiv.
