The tender was called within the framework of the EGAP Program (E-Government for Accountability and Community Participation) funded by the Swiss Confederation and implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation (Ukraine) and Innovabridge Foundation (Switzerland) in the years of 2015-2019. The EGAP Program targets the use of modern information and communication technologies (ICT) which will assist in improvement of governance quality, improve interaction between the government and citizens and foster social innovations in Ukraine.

What is to be done: Designing and manufacturing of notebooks, pens, eco-bags, diaries, pencils, stickers.

The following set of documents to be provided for participation in the tender:

  1. Informal letter of enquiry on participation in tender.
  2. Detailed cost sheet.
  3. Copies of documents certifying the powers of office holder of representative of a tender participant to sign the documents of tender bid.
  4. Samples of works.

Tender bids (a set of documents) are submitted in a sealed envelope, signed by the authorized office holder of a participant and stamped.

The envelope has to indicate

– name of tender;

– full name of a bidder, its location, last name, first name, patronymic of the authorized person, identification number according to Unified State Register, contact phone numbers.

Please consider that the Eastern Europe Foundation is an entity exempt from value added tax, pursuant to article 3.1 of the Agreement between the government of Ukraine and the government of the Swiss Confederation on for technical and financial cooperation dated October 13, 1997, draft registration number №3311, and item 3.2 of Article 3 of the Tax Code of Ukraine. Hence, the Eastern Europe Foundation will pay for goods w/o VAT.

Criteria for supplier selection:

Applications submitted for tender participation will be assessed based on the criteria of quality, efficiency and budget feasibility, deadline of services delivery.

Tender bids submitted after the aforementioned date will not be considered.
