Mriia took part in the first forwa program meeting in Paris supported by Google
Mriia team joined the first offline meeting of participants of the forwa programme, which took place in Paris and brought together 15 organisations from across Europe.
The forwa program unites organisations that use AI tools to make education and employment more accessible and to reduce inequality in these areas. Over the next 18 months, participants will receive practical support for implementing digital solutions through mentoring, training, and experience sharing.
The meeting in Paris marked the beginning of this collaboration: teams discussed their projects, challenges, and approaches to using digital technologies and AI.
As part of the programme, Mriia team will develop an AI-powered personal tutor called the Mriia AI Tutor. The tool will help students better understand learning materials by explaining topics, generating adaptive tasks, and teaching through questions.
This tool is part of Mriia’s development as a national educational product. Its implementation will help scale personalised learning while ensuring compliance with national education standards.
For Mriia, an important part of participating in the programme was a dedicated meeting with Google representatives. The teams discussed Mriia’s needs and potential areas for development in greater detail and agreed on regular cooperation with a mentor. The next steps include joint work on ideas, their validation, and further product development.
The forwa programme is implemented by the Share it initiative with the support of Google.org.
Mriia is an initiative of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, which is being implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Education & Science of Ukraine, together with EGAP Program, implemented by East Europe Foundation with the support of Switzerland.
